I began studying yoga in 2000, initially driven by curiosity, which soon transformed into a dedicated practice and deep passion. Through my journey, I have developed physical strength and gained a profound understanding of various asanas, as well as greater awareness of my triggers, breath, and body both on and off the mat. In 2005, I completed my 200-hour Hatha RYT certification with Turquoise Tree in Little Rock and have since explored an array of yoga styles, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Jivamukti, and Dynamic Yoga. I started teaching weekly classes at Barefoot Yoga Studio, refining my voice and teaching style, and became an active member of the yoga community in Apex by 2007. I continue to attend workshops, experiment with new yoga foundations, and am excited to flow with you at Hustle & Flow.

Over time, she developed a deep appreciation for its calming and restorative effects on the mind. In 2017, she earned her RYT-200 certification and started teaching a unique style of yoga that ranges from peaceful to energetic, featuring creative sequences designed to enhance each practice.
